By accessing or using Jobmatch.bot at https://jobmatch.bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Jobmatch.bot is an AI-powered job search platform that provides job aggregation across 110+ platforms, ATS-optimized resume and cover letter tailoring, job alert notifications, application tracking, and AI-powered interview preparation. The service is intended for professional use by job seekers of all backgrounds and experience levels.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features of the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Jobmatch.bot offers free and paid subscription tiers (Scout, Tailor, Coach). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Promotional codes (including BETA30) are subject to their stated terms and may not be combined with other offers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or extract data from the service beyond normal use.
Upload content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the service without our written permission.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of all resume files, documents, and data you upload to the service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Our content: The Jobmatch.bot platform, including its design, code, AI models, and generated outputs, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

7. AI-Generated Content

The service uses AI to generate tailored resumes, cover letters, and interview preparation materials. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in job applications or other professional contexts. Jobmatch.bot does not guarantee employment outcomes.

8. Third-Party Services

The service aggregates job listings from third-party platforms. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any third-party job listings. Your interactions with third-party employers and platforms are governed by their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jobmatch.bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time through Settings → Account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
